TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF

LIBRA AND NATSPAT HOLIDAY FLATS

  1. Book in time is strictly 14:00 and departure 09:00. There will be an additional R200.00 charge if you arrive earlier or depart later.

  2. We have a strict NO NOISE policy. Please respect your neighbours and the staff.

  3. On departure please ensure that the flat is left in the same condition it was found on arrival otherwise a R250.00 fee will be charged in order to have the place cleaned thoroughly.

  4. A breakage/damage deposit of R500.00 is required.  If the damage caused is greater than R500.00 then  the account will be forwarded to you for payment.

  5. Please make sure to check the inventory and report any problems within 24 hours of your arrival.

  6. Units are let strictly on the number of guests declared when the booking was made, any excess of that number cannot be accepted or will be charged per person - per night and must be paid in full before entry will be allowed. 

  7. Our caretakers are Mrs Gerrie and Mr Danie, you can contact them at 084 941 0572 / 084 453 4541 if you encounter any problems.

  8. If you want the unit to be cleaned and/or linen changed during your stay then please arrange in advance with Mrs Gerrie. There will be an additional charge.

  9. Direct bookings: If booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival then 50% deposit will be refunded, more than 14 days 25% deposit will be refunded. There will be no refund if the booking is cancelled in 14 days or less. If the cancelation is due to new lockdown rules and the dates cannot be moved then the full deposit, minus 25% admin fee will be refunded. If the booking was made through an agent then please contact them directly for cancelation – their cancelation policy will apply.

You herewith agree to maintain the property in the same condition in which it was found.  Reasonable wear and tear accepted.  You agree to replace or pay for any losses, breakage or damage should such occur.
